ENPAP 4.0 Inc. is a non-stock, non-profit private professional organization of
practicing energy managers, energy engineers and consultants formally registered with the Securities
and Exchange Commission on January 30, 2019. ENPAP 4.0 Inc. is a partner of ASEAN Centre for Energy
(ACE) providing training and certification course towards being recognized as an ASEAN Certified
Energy Manager (CEM), ASEAN Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) and ASEAN Certified Professional Energy
Manager (PEM). Accreditation of company, industry and buildings as AEMAS Energy Management Gold
Standard is being accorded to qualified facilities implementing the AEMAS Energy Management
framework.
A passionate Energy Manager and Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME) with over 15 years mastering HVAC/R. His expertise covers Equipment Design and Selection, Building Energy Optimization, and designing eco-friendly air systems.
A Registered Electrical Engineer with experience in oil and gas projects as well as construction management for commercial buildings. Former Deputy Director of Pangasinan State University's Office of Energy Efficiency and Conservation, practicing in the field of energy management.
An environmental practitioner since 1998 that passionately trying to improve the overall environmental performance of establishments in the country. He's been an AEMAS CEM trainer for more than a decade. He's an advocate of Green Productivity & Energy Efficiency, Circular Economy, Pollution Prevention & Sustainable Tourism.
A results-driven professional with 25 years of progressive experience in production operations, engineering, and management across various industries, including electronics manufacturing, Facilities Management and Energy management. Known for strategic leadership and a strong ability to oversee diverse business units, ensuring productivity, quality, and profitability.
A graduate of Doctor of Philosophy major in Technology Management (Ph.D.T.M) and currently connected at the Technological University of the Philippines with 29 years in active service as faculty researcher and also active in various Bureau of Philippines Standards - Technical Committee since 2001 in BPS-TC1.

Currently EconoServ Solutions Intโl Inc / VP Operations.
A Professional Mechanical Engineer, Professional Electrical Engineer, Registered Master Plumber, and Licensed Environmental Planner by profession. He is also a Certified Energy Manager and one of the few who became a Fire Safety Practitioner by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP).
Is a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Registered Mechanical Engineer (License no. 26895), Professional Mechanical Engineer (License no. 04063), Masters in Business Administration , Equivalent Units at Ateneo School for Continuing Education (Program for Strategic Management).
He completed his post-graduate course in Sustainability from the United Nations University in Tokyo, Japan (2014) and received his Ph.D. in Energy Engineering from the University of the Philippines (2015).

Specializing in the forensic investigation for water, fire, and explosions, our expertise includes metallurgical & failure analysis, vehicle identification & accident restoration, damage & technical assessment, stabilization & dehumidification, building, contents, and data restoration, as well as electrical, electronic, and mechanical equipment restoration.
A native of Cebu, Philippines. Started his degree of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Cebu Institute of Technology and graduated at FEATI University WITH DISTINCTION in 1966. Took the board examination for Jr. Mechanical Engineers in the same year and passed with flying colors having landed in the 5th Place.

Graduate at Industrial Management Engineering & Master in Management Major in Business Management from University of the Philippines Diliman Quezon City. He is Certified Energy Manager from Asean Energy Management Accreditation Scheme.
An experienced Engineer, with extensive experience in Energy Management, Solutions Architecture for Building and Industrial Automation, Standardization, Design, Project Management, and Execution. He is currently working in the fields of Sustainability, Critical Power, and Energy Efficiency.
